meet jenna
Born and raised in Upstate NY with parents and family in the real estate world, Jenna has always loved being in the property realm. This set the foundation for years of building blocks in real estate, property management, design and operations.
Moving to Los Angeles in her 20’s and falling for the architecture and variety of homes on the West Coast peaked her curiosity for the history of homes and buildings. Starting her first vacation rental in Venice she immediately fell for everything that had to do with property development and operations.
Landing in Nashville where the vacation rental industry took off about 6 years ago she expanded her company to a thriving market and keeps building in that market and others like Dallas, New York + the California Coast.
She is a wanderlust + travels often. Building a life where she can work from anywhere and be a digital nomad is her greatest accomplishment to date.

Letty James is a collection of life’s work that is continuously expanding, as we do. “Letty” was Jenna’s birth name and represents a start to a beautiful story, where the life’s work began, the very beginning. It is a reminder of trusting in the process and the universe. To say “yes” to the things that light us up. To work hard + create our lives, our careers, our relationships with others and not to settle for anything less than everything we desire.
The future of Letty James involves more properties, more design, more building, more giving back to the community + sharing a brand and story with everyone we come in contact with to inspire them to always live out loud and chase their dreams.
